Shipping policy

We use USPS typically for shipments. It takes about 3-5 business days to arrive after shipment but due to covid there is a major delay in service through usps. 

if you choose express, it will be either UPS or FEDEX depending on who is faster. 

Turn around/processing/creation time can take up to a month as some charms are hand made in a whole different state. Each item description will clarify more.
