Refund policy

1.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You have 24 hrs to cancel your order, after that, I’ve already started the creation process! If you still need to cancel, I will issue a store credit of the amount spent. If for some reason the item doesn’t fit correctly or breaks within six (6) months of purchase, I will send you a return shipping slip free of charge and adjust it accordingly. 
   
   
2. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON ANY CRYSTAL/STONE ITEM! If you crack or break a stone, I do not cover it as all stones are extremely fragile! Please handle your crystal items with care. 
3. ALL DEPOSITS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS OR ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!
   

 

 4. All deposits and payments for payment plans are non refundable and are due within a 2 week time frame if there is no communication. I will send reminder emails but after two months and you don’t respond, I will cancel the order. No refunds will be issued. Please be mindful. 

5. The owner of Muse of the Moon LLC. reserves all rights to cancel any order with or without notice for a full refund. 

6. For non U.S. citizens/international shipping: Muse of the Moon is not responsible for any customs/tariff duty once the item(s) arrive at your shipping address/country. 

7. Muse of the Moon is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please purchase priority shipping or request insurance if you would like to insure your package.
